Jeff Rowlls, Executive Director

Jeff has dedicated 30 years to the Department of Family and Children Services, showcasing his unwavering commitment to child welfare. He served as a Social Services Supervisor in Dade County for 10 years and as a Field Program Specialist with the Region 1 Management Team for 11 years. Jeff also contributed his expertise as a Citizens Panel Coordinator with the Whitfield County Government for 4 years. For the past 2.5 years, he has been the Executive Director for Lookout Mountain CASA, Inc., bringing his extensive experience and passion for advocacy to our team.

Renita Clarke, Advocacy Recruiter Coordinator

Renita holds a master’s degree in criminology and is a former Licensed Criminal Defense Private Investigator. She established and directed two Cottage Schools, chaired the Board of a Texas nonprofit focused on animal welfare, and actively serves on both the Child Fatality Review Board and the Child Abuse Protocol Board. Renita combines a unique blend of journalistic expertise with exceptional marketing acumen to enhance the team’s outreach strategies and amplify its impact. Her exceptional expertise and unwavering commitment consistently drive outstanding outcomes for Lookout Mountain CASA.

Krisi Rae Hoffmeister, Advocacy Recruiter/Coordinator

With extensive child welfare training, Krisi Rae brings experience and dedication to our team. Trained as a TBRI practitioner through the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development at Texas Christian University, and a former volunteer experienced in complex cases, she is a true advocate for children. Her expertise extends to her roles on the Child Fatality Review Board, the Child Abuse Protocol Committee, and as the Community Child Preventative Care Liaison, promoting child safety through proactive initiatives. She excels in utilizing social media to expand outreach and leverages her deep knowledge of court proceedings to support our volunteers. Krisi Rae’s commitment to children’s well-being and ability to foster strong relationships make her essential to our team.
